We are hiring a Remediation Technician!
 

On Cape Remediation Services is seeking a dedicated and hardworking part time Remediation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with insulation removal and clean up, junk removal, small demolition and various remediation services. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely remove insulation, sanitize and vacuum affected areas.

• Conduct junk removal services, including sorting, loading, and proper disposal of materials.

• Operate dump trailers and other necessary equipment for removal and transportation.

• Inspect work areas and ensure they are clean and free of hazardous materials post-remediation.

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

• Dismantling structures, removing debris, and preparing sites for renovation.

• Operate hand and power tools, follow safety protocols, and ensure minimal disruption to surrounding areas.
   

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insulation removal and clean up, junk removal, demolition or related field is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• OSHA-10 and OSHA Confined Space Certified (can be completed after we hire you)
